What should a new client know about working with you?

Hello, I am a licensed mental health therapist and substance use clinician in Rhode Island. In my practice, my clients present with ongoing challenges related to mental health symptoms, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, low self-worth, and any other challenges. My clients have goals of improving their mindsets and behaviors by learning to practice self-compassion and kindness, while recognizing strengths to improve thoughts and motivate themselves to improve behaviors. In addition, my clients are goal-oriented in improving their overall well-being and achieving the overall good health they deserve.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I have experience providing therapy and support for many unique clients from a variety of demographics. I focus my counseling on developing a strong therapeutic rapport with my clients by showing compassion, kindness, understanding, and support. I also will help clients develop self-compassion and establish positive treatment goals to maintain good health. I am available to help anyone who has the strong desire to improve their overall mindset, health, and well-being. I have a passion and motivation for helping others, and am determined to provide quality therapeutic support for those in need.
