I am a college student. Kaitlin helped me be myself and make a decision to get out of a toxic relationship. I feel empowered and more self aware. I am learning how to have healthy relationships and respect myself. Kaitlin doesn't tell me what to do. She listens and guides.

Kaitlin Zeigler is wonderful with teenage girls. I have seen a great change in my daughter's self esteem and decision making. My daughter and I have bonded so much since working with Kaitlin. My daughter is more confident and less susceptible to peer pressure. My daughter was depressed, anxious and engaged in risky behaviors. She is now more responsible, motivated and happy. Seeing the change in her demeanor and actions is priceless. If you have a teenager, I recommend Kaitlin for individual and family work.

Ms. Z does well with young boys with attachment and behaviour problems. My son adores her and respects her. She educated my wife and I about treatment options and connected us with the best academte and social resources. She follows up. She quantifies improvement but also brings in the richness of personal meaning

Kaitlin is compassionate and thorough. She didn't minimize my problems or prescribe a "one - size fits all" remedy. She thoroughly answered me and helped me pick a best course of treatment. She coordinated with my other substance abuse program upon my request. She is experienced with addictions treatment. She added a level of depth and sympathy that I didn't receive from my counseling w/ other counselors. We got to the rest of my problems and why I kept turning to various addictions. I feel like I can tell her anything. Yet she recognizes manipulative statements and helps me by setting boundaries. Highly recommend her.

I struggled with an eating disorder. Kaitlin has been helping me overcome the obsessions and rituals. We delved into my insecurities, ideals and relationship issues. We explored how my past has affected me. Kaitlin is knowledgeable and empathetic. She is not arrogant. She makes me feel at ease.
