I specialize in helping women who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, shaken confidence, or the weight of always being the one others depend on. Many of my clients struggle with self-doubt, guilt when setting boundaries, or a deep sense of not being “enough.” My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can lay that weight down, breathe, and focus on yourself without guilt. In therapy, we’ll work together to ease anxiety, rebuild self-worth, and develop healthier ways of caring for yourself while still showing up for those you love. I draw on evidence-based approaches, including EMDR and trauma-informed care, and I stay current with research and ongoing training to ensure our work is both effective and personalized to your needs. What should a new client know about working with you?

Working with me means stepping into a space where you’ll feel supported, understood, and free from judgment. My relaxed, approachable style helps us build trust quickly and focus on what matters most to you. Before our first session, I’ll send intake documents for you to review and complete, so we can hit the ground running. Gathering information about your challenges, we’ll develop a clear plan to process memories using EMDR treatment. I believe every challenge holds the seed of possibility, and together, we’ll uncover opportunities for your transformation and healing.
