What should a new client know about working with you?

I hold an MA in Professional Counseling. I also hold an EdD in Trauma Counseling. In our first few sessions, we’ll take the time to understand your unique story and explore somatic techniques that you can begin using right away to feel more grounded and present in your daily life. My practice is built on a holistic framework, integrating physiological, psychological, and, if you choose, spiritual elements to foster long-lasting healing. Whether you're feeling stuck, lost, or uncertain about how to move forward, I’m here to support you in a way that’s tailored to your unique needs with understanding, and integrates the mind, body, and spirit.
