What should a new client know about working with you?

I'm LGBTQIA+ affirming and welcome clients of every background and identity. Sessions are available in English, Spanish, or a mix of both.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach is trauma-focused and practical. I'm trained in EMDR and use it alongside CBT and DBT to calm your nervous system, work through painful memories, and build tools you'll actually use — plus real time on what's already going right. I'm warm, calm, and collaborative, and I'll meet you where you are. Sliding scale and telehealth appointments are available across Virginia.
