Mesha Holliday, LCSW

Mesha Holliday, LCSW

Psychotherapist
AR
Every client is different-some needing help to resolve deep-rooted past issues, others needing support navigating general day-to-day life challenges. No matter the problem, what all clients have in common is the need for an additional layer of support and guidance. I have an extensive background in trauma-informed care and am certified in alcohol and drug counseling. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Walden University. I am open to working with a multiplicity of issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, grief, family conflicts, marital issues, couples counseling, personality disorders, and parenting. I am a therapist, but I am also a human. Many of the struggles I assist others in overcoming I have experienced firsthand. I understand that these issues do not surface overnight and, therefore, will not be resolved quickly either. My goal is not simply to give directions but to collaborate with clients to make and reach obtainable goals.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
