Hello! I'm a telehealth counselor with Headway.co. I hold a Master's in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. What should a new client know about working with you?

I enjoy exploring with my clients their unique situations and needs to help them find individualized solutions. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused, Trauma Focused CBT, and Christian Therapy.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My hope is that after our session you would feel more positive, less stressed, and hopeful about your future. Also that you will be equipped with individualized coping skills to assist with managing symptoms/stressors
