Hi there, I'm Kate! My name is Kate Hoffower, and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Illinois. I earned my Master's in Counseling from Northeastern Illinois University. I also have specialized training in expressive arts therapy and ecotherapy. I practice from a strengths-based perspective and will help you develop the tools and resources you need to thrive. My approach I begin by exploring the social, biological, and psychological events and experiences that have shaped you.
