Hi, I’m Kathryn M. Pojer-Boulton, MPH, LSW. I hold a Master’s in Public Health from New York Medical College and a Master’s in Social Work from Fordham University Graduate School of Social Service. I’m passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults dealing with anxiety, ADHD, alcoholism, and emotional dysregulation, as well as those struggling with depression, trauma, and personality disorders.
I believe therapy should be a collaborative and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. My approach is client-centered and evidence-based, incorporating techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. Whether you’re working through the complexities of addiction, managing ADHD, or coping with anxiety, I strive to provide the tools and support you need to take meaningful steps toward healing and self-growth.

This lady does not seem to care about her patients. The morning prior to my appointment she requested a copy of my insurance and personal information and she said the time was perfect for her, then at nighttime she said that she was not able to keep the schedule appointment because she had an appointment already scheduled for that time, but that same morning “the time was perfect for her” I don’t understand… I am seeking for help because I really need it, I do not think it is nice for someone to play with my time and my mental health. I hope a can find a provider that truly cares for her patients because from all the review I have seen about this provider she obviously does not care.

I made an appointment after a long time of searching and finding the time. I am a stay at home mom to a very rambunctious little 2.5 year old boy and my boyfriend works tirelessly to try and support us, but his schedule is sometimes all over the place and being able to set aside the time for this appointment was difficult. I got a text a day or so after making the appointment asking if I wanted one sooner but because of schedule conflicts the soonest I could was when I booked my appointment. I filled out all the paperwork, got all set up and waited in the virtual waiting room for over 10/15 minutes. I then checked my emails and texts for any communication from her regarding a delay but there was nothing. Then I went to a separate site where I filled out paperwork and clicked through a few pages to finally find that my appointment has been “canceled by provider” but I was NEVER informed. I texted her and she said “my secretary mersed up. I’ll be in contact.” And haven’t heard from her
