What should a new client know about working with you?

When you meet with me, you can expect a conversational and relational space where we focus on building a genuine connection. I take a humanistic, client-centered approach, which means I deeply value your thoughts, experiences, and the pace that feels right for you. Our sessions will be guided by your needs, and I’ll meet you with empathy, curiosity, and respect. My work is also rooted in trauma-focused and attachment-based practices, so together we’ll explore how past experiences may be shaping your present, always in a safe and supportive environment. Above all, I believe healing happens in relationship—and that starts with ours.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I prioritize talk therapy and allow that to be our main process throughout therapy. I always leave space for my client's to share what they are looking to address for the session. I want the entire process to be very collaborative.
