You’re lying awake replaying conversations, wondering if your relationship can recover. Maybe you’re coping with infidelity, emotional distance, or realizing your attachment patterns keep repeating. Anxiety shows up as racing thoughts, tightness in your chest, and constant self-doubt. You’re trying to decide whether to stay, set boundaries, or start over. You want clarity, confidence, and a steadier way to understand your emotions. I help adults navigate relationship conflict, betrayal trauma, and family of origin wounds. Using attachment-based therapy, IFS parts work, and psychodynamic approaches, I guide you in understanding emotions, setting boundaries, and regulating anxiety. Sessions are calm, direct, and practical, with tools and resources you can use between sessions. If you feel overwhelmed, pressured, or stuck in a relationship decision, you don’t have to sort it out alone. I offer a free 15–20 minute consultation so we can talk through what’s happening and determine next steps. When you’re ready for clarity and steady support, I invite you to reach out.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with lots of men and women who are dealing with relationship issues, including infidelity, general overwhelm with life, or want to grow emotionally. During our initial sessions, we will delve into what you want to work on and create a plan to address them. Most of my clients experience growth and/or healing, and continue to work on deeper issues as our relationship grows. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to explore your inner world and emotions. I tailor counseling based on your unique needs. In our first session, we will start building a relationship that will help us collaborate on what will work best for you to reach your individual goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

For the first few sessions, we will be going over your background and history, while building rapport and trust in the therapeutic relationship. Simultaneously, we will collaborate together on a treatment plan that fits you and your goals. Each individual is unique, but therapy with me should feel safe so you can explore your inner world. I will ask questions to help bring a new perspective, while also analyzing your different parts, both internally and externally. At times, therapy is uncomfortable, but should overall be a place to experience growth, radical acceptance, and self-discovery in a compassionate and supportive environment.
