What should a new client know about working with you?

We are a treatment team but you are the head of this treatment team. We will try different treatment modalities but only work with the ones that fit your unique personality the best. I am trained a various treatment methods so I can accommodate all of my clients. I use an eclectic approach and challenge my clients as much as they would like to be challeneged.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When first meeting with clients, I spend time working on building rapport and trust. We develop a treatment plan and discuss the different treatment modalities we plan to use to work on each symptom. While we may talk about your week, as that is important to therapy, we also discuss the issues that brought you into therapy and work on mitigating and managing the symptoms that are holding you back.
