I am interested in helping you work through life’s issues in a collaborative, person-centered and psychodynamic approach. I have dual master’s degrees in counseling psychology from Teachers College Columbia University, as well as a master’s degree in Psychoanalytic Developmental Psychology from University College London and the Anna Freud Centre.

What should a new client know about working with you?
I want to help you with your relationship with yourself and with others. Whether facing stress, self-doubt, or relationship challenges, I will create a safe space for your journey.
I am interested in helping you gain trust in yourself and find an internal source of evaluation. I believes in increasing your agency through awareness of yourself.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
My aim is provide you the space to explore; to discuss things that are troubling you or impeding you and work together to find strategies and supports to improve your relationships with yourself and with others.
