I utilize a blend of therapeutic modalities, including Client-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral, Motivational Interviewing, and psycho-education, to address the unique needs of each individuals and couples. I'm dedicated to creating a warm and supportive environment where you feel comfortable exploring your challenges and finding your own path to healing.
