I have a passion for helping individuals learn how to manage depression and anxiety and rebuild their self-confidence that may have been lost due to past experiences. With over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I thoroughly enjoy seeing the transformation in my clients. I have a welcoming and understanding approach, which helps my clients feel relaxed. I often teach skills during sessions to help manage symptoms. I assist clients in changing negative thinking patterns into positive ones, which ultimately helps them feel better. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Bowie State University and a Bachelor's degree from Eastern University.
