My name is Kelle Kenzik, and I am a licensed clinical therapist in New York State with over five years of experience. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Adelphi University. Let me start by acknowledging your strength for making it to this point. Taking the leap to begin therapy is not an easy decision. I want to share with you that I am not a listen-and-nod kind of therapist. I will be right there with you, even when it's painful and uncomfortable. I can reassure you that you will always be supported, and you won't be doing this work alone. I specialize in working with, but am not limited to, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, motivation, and decision-making. I also work with those who have experienced major life changes or transitions and are having difficulty coping. Through my varied techniques, we will work together to achieve your goals. I am extremely passionate about helping others.
