Hello! I’m Kelli, a licensed clinical social worker with over ten years of experience supporting individuals through therapy. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, identity development, and relationship challenges. My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and flexible to what works best for each person. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused techniques, mindfulness, and somatic-based approaches to support emotional regulation, personal insight, and lasting change. I also incorporate the mind-body connection when it feels like a good fit for the client. I offer virtual (telehealth) sessions for individuals ages 12 and up. I also am partnered with Noma in virtual ketamine assisted therapy. I believe therapy should feel supportive, grounded, and meaningful—and I strive to create a space where you feel seen, understood, and empowered to move forward.
