I'm a therapist and life coach who loves pointing out your strengths so you can see them, own them and live from them. I use mindfulness and meditation to help you cope with anxiety and depression symptoms. I have a deep understanding of the ways relationships and environment shape who you are and how you can be empowered to change any and all of this if you want to.
I am also a marital artist and a leader who loves to work with women who lead, but may not see themselves as leaders yet. For couples, I am that neutral party who can note what you do well and help with suggestions in areas of struggle such as communication and broken trust. I look forward to meeting you and finding out if we are a fit to work together toward your goals.
