My approach is grounded in empathy, active listening, and evidence-based strategies tailored to each person’s needs. What should a new client know about working with you?
I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) licensed clinical social worker with experience treating clients of all ages. I specialize in supporting individuals facing addiction, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and more. My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space to help you heal and grow.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I believe therapy works best when you feel truly heard and understood. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and non-judgmental. I want our sessions to feel like a safe place where you can share what’s on your mind—whether it’s something you’ve never said out loud before or something you’re still figuring out how to put into words.
I listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and honor your pace. Together, we’ll explore your experiences and feelings, not just to understand them, but to find ways forward that feel right for you. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling supported, respected, and a little more confident in your ability to navigate life’s challenges.
