What should a new client know about working with you?

Working with me is a collaborative process. I approach therapy with curiosity, compassion and honesty. I believe that each person's experiences, culture and story matter, and I tailor my approach to fit your individual needs.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I take a collaborative approach, pacing therapy around each person's comfort level. Drawing on a diverse array of therapeutic methods, including cognitive behavioral therapy, and person-centered therapy. In our first session, you can expect a calm, collaborative conversation focused on getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. We'll spend time talking about the concerns you're dealing with now, how they're affecting your day-to-day life, and what you'd like to be different.
