Hi there! If you are reading this, you've taken a huge leap and you have shown courage because you're here, looking into therapy. Thank you for considering me to partner with you on this journey. A little about me: I hold a License as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). As a Hispanic counselor, I am able to conduct sessions in both English and Spanish and offer a culturally inclusive and collaborative approach. I received my Bachelor's degree in psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University in 2011 and my Master's in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University in 2019. Over the last 4 years I have worked in the non-profit sector providing community health to many individuals with a wide variety of challenges, such as relational challenges, grief and trauma symptoms. I am trained using Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and have over 3 years of experience implementing Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), using play therapy skills and solution-focused approaches to process difficult experiences and improve quality of life. Whether you are dealing with recent or past difficult experiences, loss, or life changes, or you are feeling disconnected, I am here to support you. Using evidence-based interventions, and leaning on your strengths, we can find the closure you might need and hope for a better future. We can change the narrative together.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
