During this time, we’ll explore what has brought you to therapy, including your current feelings and experiences, relevant aspects of your family background, any past traumas, and your goals for therapy. This helps establish a foundation for our work together and ensures that our sessions are tailored to your unique needs. I specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals, people pleasers, and those seeking to improve self-esteem, communication skills, and relationship dynamics. My expertise also extends to couples therapy, particularly in addressing challenges related to communication, intimacy, financial stress, and infidelity.
