I have experience treating a wide range of complex clinical concerns, including mood, anxiety, psychotic, dissociative, trauma-related, and personality disorders. What should a new client know about working with you?

I aim to foster a special kind of relationship with each of my patients; one in which you can be curious about why you experience and relate to the world the way you do. Within this environment of nonjudgmental acceptance, it is my belief that you will discover your true potential and be empowered to find creative solutions to life’s challenges.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe that self-awareness and self-understanding lead to a greater sense of personal freedom. When we understand the true nature of our problems, we become better equipped to make choices that align our true values. We come to appreciate that we are not merely products of our environment or our past, but active agents in shaping our future.
