I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marymount University, and my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Christopher Newport University. I am a dedicated therapist specializing in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT). In my personal life, I enjoy spending time outside with my husband, our two sons, and our two rescue dogs, as well as my favorite introvert hobbies of reading, crocheting and doing nail art!
