All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. I find it important to create a nonjudgmental, caring, and therapeutic environment for self-exploration and growth. I stand by the philosophy of meeting clients where they are. I utilize several approaches and techniques to most effectively meet the needs of each client. My specialties include stress management, anxiety, depression, and ADD/ADHD. I hold a Master's in Professional Counseling from Liberty University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support my clients effectively.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
