It’s time to start living with joy and intention. Although this may seem like an unattainable goal for you right now, with a supportive and trusting hand, you can live the way you want to live. Therapy should be a compassionate space for you to safely express the totality of who you are and address what’s holding you back from participating fully in your life. Whether it’s past trauma, relationship patterns that no longer serve you, or a fear of being your authentic self, we will identify your strengths and use them to create a life that excites you. Drawing on 20-plus years of experience in theatre and as a yoga and fitness instructor, along with a Master’s in Social Work from Hunter College, City University of New York, we will co-create a unique therapeutic process that examines your motivation and formulates meaningful goals. My style is deeply collaborative because I believe the solutions you are looking for are already embedded in your story. Together, we will unravel that story and release the wisdom you’ve accumulated through your experiences. With an enhanced awareness of mind, body, and spirit, you can be free to cultivate deeper, more satisfying relationships, navigate life transitions with purpose and motivation, and find inspiration in more aspects of your life. Using mind–body techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and insight-oriented practices, we can work to heal the whole self.
