I help to build self-esteem, navigate life transitions, and move forward with confidence. I specialize in working with seniors and adults facing aging, identity changes, or isolation, offering respectful, supportive care. I also provide life coaching to help clients clarify goals, strengthen motivation, and create meaningful direction at any age.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I work with clients who may be struggling with a variety of issues that are getting in the way of leading a successful contented life. During our initial sessions we will discuss the issues that are creating roadblocks in your life and keeping you from discovering your true potential.
