Hi, I am Kristin, a licensed clinical social worker with a Master's in Social Work from The Catholic University of America. Over the course of nine years, I have worked in a variety of settings with clients who have a range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and adjusting to life changes. My therapy style is client-centered and grounded in the autonomy and worth of my client. I believe that the most important part of therapy is the alliance created between myself and my client, as this alliance becomes the vehicle for change that I often get to witness.
