I am an Air Force veteran, mother, partner, and lifelong wellness seeker. Healing from the pain of trauma and overcoming life's many hurdles is very much a part of my story. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Texas at San Antonio, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support others on their healing journeys. Utilizing an integrative approach, I will help you identify key areas of your life that need redirection and work with you to develop tools to achieve lasting success in your journey toward wellness. I believe that the therapeutic process should be highly collaborative. Together, we will develop a treatment plan that is not only manageable but transformative. I am especially passionate about helping those who need support coping with trauma, PTSD, addiction, and postpartum wellness.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
