UpLift Behavioral Health providers do not issue prescriptions for substances controlled by any federal or state agency or other drugs that may be harmful because of their potential for abuse. UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. I am an Air Force veteran, mother, partner, and lifelong wellness seeker. Healing from the pain of trauma and overcoming life's many hurdles is very much a part of my story. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Texas at San Antonio, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support others on their healing journeys. Utilizing an integrative approach, I will help you identify key areas of your life that need redirection and work with you to develop tools to achieve lasting success in your journey toward wellness. I believe that the therapeutic process should be highly collaborative. Together, we will develop a treatment plan that is not only manageable but transformative. I am especially passionate about helping those who need support coping with trauma, PTSD, addiction, and postpartum wellness.
