Getting to know Kristina Dundore

I am here to walk with you through your unique journey. My focus is on providing each client with individualized care in a private comfortable setting. The decision to start therapy can be difficult, I am here to make therapy a positive and helpful experience. I can help guide you through a variety of issues from small changes to major life transitions. As we walk together through your journey, we can explore thoughts, feelings and emotions so that you can better understand yourself and live your best life. I enjoy working with preteens to adults. I am able to help clients manage and regulate emotions, cope with stress/anxiety and decrease other negative symptoms. I have experience in cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, behavior modification and cognitive restructuring. I have 10 years of collective experience in the mental health field. This ranges from community based services to 7 years of clinical outpatient therapy experience.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
