I want to spend time learning about you and how I can help during our first session. This is a relaxed, supportive conversation, and there is no pressure to share more than you are comfortable with. We will also talk about how therapy works, what to expect moving forward, and begin identifying goals that feel meaningful to you. My priority is to make sure you feel heard, respected, and at ease as we start this journey together at your own pace.
