As a Caribbean-American Latina therapist, I value cultural competency and strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and supported. I have experience working in agency and group practice settings with adolescents and adults, helping them navigate complex challenges and build practical coping strategies. I also help clients notice and gently challenge unhelpful thought patterns, supporting them in approaching life with greater clarity and confidence.I prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship, emphasizing authenticity, rapport, and collaboration. My goal is to help clients feel empowered and approach life with confidence and optimism. Starting therapy can feel nerve-wracking at first, but together we’ll work through challenges in a way that feels supportive, real, and fully aligned with who you are.
