My name is Kyla Duhart, and I am a licensed certified social worker-clinical (LCSW-C) with a Master's in Social Work from the University of Maryland School of Social Work. My approach to therapy involves providing clients with a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate environment. You can expect a combination of empathy and encouragement from me as I guide you to help process the issues that you are currently experiencing.
Whether this is your first time in therapy or you've been in therapy before, I know how challenging it can be to begin sessions with a new therapist. So I commend you in advance for having the courage to seek help on this journey we call life, and I am looking forward to meeting you soon!

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
