At PRGRS Therapy we specialize in ADHD, executive function, anxiety, depression, communication problems, addiction, and other issues. We use Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Our therapy approach is client-centered and goal-focused.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

After completion of the 15 minute consultation with the clinical director, you begin your work with Kyle during an initial intake evaluation. This is where he gets to know a bit more about you, what brings you in, and how he can best help. Following this, you and Kyle will develop a treatment plan together and begin working towards your personal goals
