I am in the business of change. Change can be overwhelming, even scary at times. However, with change comes growth, and I would like to be part of that process to help you transform into the best version of yourself. I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University and am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida. My experience includes working with adults facing mild to severe mental health issues, substance abuse, relationship problems, depression, and anxiety. I want clients to feel confident and prepared to make the changes necessary to become their best selves. I am here to help incorporate approaches tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual client so they can live the best life possible.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
