I specialize in helping people navigate the challenges of substance abuse, eating disorders and family dynamics. In sessions, I work with my clients to find and address the root causes of their challenges so we can create a holistic treatment plan that will improve their overall quality of life.

I believe that the mind and body function as one and work towards a holistic approach to therapy that focuses on overall health. By using different therapeutic techniques, I am able to create customized treatment plans for each of my clients that focuses on their unique situations and needs.
