I have over 20 years of experience, specializing in confidential, client-centered care with a compassionate and empathetic approach. My work is guided by evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care. I hold an MSW and am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker as well as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My specialties include adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, bipolar disorder, children's mental/behavioral health, depression, family relationships, intimate/romantic relationships, learning disorders, LGBTQIA+ support, PTSD, stress, suicidal ideation and/or self-harming, and trauma. I also offer SonderMind Video Telehealth for those who prefer or require remote sessions. Life can become foggy at times.
