As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and founder of LM Therapeutic Services, I help children (ages 6+), adults, and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion and proven approaches. I use CBT, Solution-Focused, Narrative, and Mindfulness-Based therapies, tailoring each session to your unique needs and goals. Reaching out for help takes courage—and you don’t have to do it alone. I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel seen, supported, and empowered. Together, we’ll work to build resilience, restore balance, and move toward lasting emotional well-being.
