I work collaboratively with clients, utilizing a client-centered, strengths-based approach to help them feel empowered to achieve their personal goals. My goal as a therapist is to create a safe and welcoming environment where clients are supported and guided through this process. I specialize in individual and family therapy, working with adolescents, young adults, and adults of all ages. I have treated a multitude of concerns, including anxiety, depression, family and parenting issues, relational distress, self-esteem challenges, and families affected by divorce and addiction. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Adelphi University, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to provide compassionate and effective care. I understand that building courage is a journey, and making the decision to begin therapy may feel challenging, but it can also be a rewarding process. My hope is to assist and support you in achieving your goals for growth and healing.
