What should a new client know about working with you?

I am a patient person and will work with you at your pace. I allow for you to lead the session and will offer you new and different perspectives to look at your situation and experience.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The first session is you sharing about you as a person and determining what goals you will want to meet and where you want to start first. The second session and beyond will be you working to become comfortable with me as your therapist, me learning you and starting the work towards meeting your goals.
