What should a new client know about working with you?

Working with me isn’t about fixing or changing who you are, it’s about helping you come home to your true self. I believe healing begins when we slow down, turn toward the quiet heaviness you’ve been carrying, and give space for the parts of you that need attention. I also seek to honor your insight into what you believe healing means for you. I don’t expect you to perform or have it all together. In our work together, every part of you, especially the messy, complicated parts, is met with compassion and curiosity. My role is not to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you as we explore the deeper roots of your challenges. Together, we’ll examine the thoughts, emotions, relationships, and cultural messages that have shaped your experience, allowing you to reconnect with your needs and rewrite the script of your life in a way that honors your truth. In our work together, we’ll create a space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported as you navigate the journey toward healing, balance, and meaningful connection.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When we begin working together, my focus is on creating a space where you can truly be yourself without the need to perform or hold it all together. From the start, we’ll take time to understand what’s brought you to therapy and what’s weighing on you. We’ll explore the deeper roots of your challenges, whether they’re related to life transitions, anxiety, trauma, or family dynamics, and examine the thoughts and patterns that have shaped your experience. As we move forward, I’ll walk alongside you, while providing a compassionate, curious, and non-judgmental environment. Together, we’ll create goals that reflect your values and what you truly need to live a more fulfilling life. Through this process, my hope is that you’ll uncover new insights, honor your needs, and find the strength to rewrite your own story, one that’s rooted in joy, balance, and meaningful connection.
