With a Master of Social Work degree from Saint Louis University and over 13 years as a professional Social Worker, I've dedicated my career to providing compassionate and evidence-based therapy to children, adults, and families. For the past four years, I've been honored to support individuals through their mental health journeys, specializing in areas such as ADHD, LGBTQIA+ support, adolescent and teen mental health, anger management, anxiety, bipolar disorder, children's mental health, depression, family relationships, grief, medication evaluation, PTSD, intimate relationships, stress, suicidal ideation, and trauma. My approach is rooted in the belief that you are the expert of your own life. Together, we will define problem areas and develop attainable goals within a supportive therapeutic environment. My background includes extensive experience in crisis and suicide intervention and prevention, and I am trained in several evidence-based trauma therapies, including TF-CBT for children and CPT for adults. I am also an experienced practitioner of CBT and family therapy, including structural, Attachment-Based Family Therapy (ABFT), and CBT for a wide variety of family concerns. Currently, I am pursuing certifications in DBT and Play Therapy to further enhance my practice.
