Getting to know Laura Roland-Kellar

Hello! I have been a therapist for over 20 years. I am passionate about helping my clients move from surviving to thriving in life! I use CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy) and many other techniques to help clients get unstuck from negative behavior patterns and conquer the inner critic that keeps you from being the healthiest version of yourself. Through LAMCO Wellness I offer telehealth/video sessions for clients. Therapy from the comfort of your own home! I am very laid back and the sessions are client-driven. Yet I will ask challenging questions to help you see a new way of thinking and being in life. I am trained in Complex PTSD, and I am a certified Informed Sexual Professional. Clients will have a better understanding of themselves, increased positive coping tools, and a new outlook on life upon completing therapy with me.
