Hi; my name is Laurel. I am a licensed Social Worker. I have worked over 20 years in a variety of settings. I am working part-time for Talkspace to provide online therapy for people who are struggling with life choices; trauma; anxiety; depression; couples issues and parenting concerns. I use my education and experience to support people in making the changes they want to make so they are able to find peace and contentment with their lives. I use cognitive behavioral therapy; some DBT; I have taken many trauma classes so I am able to help people resolve trauma. I look forward to meeting with you.
