My practice is rooted in supporting social justice and enhancing psychological flexibility. I use an integrative and multicultural approach, rooted in CBT, ACT, and psychodynamic therapy, viewing the individual through a holistic lens to work collaboratively towards the client’s goals through talk therapy and psychological assessments.
