I have spent my career dedicated to helping others achieve more peace and stability in their lives and look forward to assisting you with the various challenges you may be facing at this time. I have extensive experience treating many forms of trauma, particularly childhood trauma, and the corresponding symptoms of depression, anxiety, and tumultuous personal relationships. I have also treated patients with OCD, eating disorders, grief and loss, and other difficult life transitions. I believe in the principles of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and find that they really work when utilized correctly; however, I am not limited to that approach alone. More than anything, I aim to listen and empathize. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Maryland, which has provided me with a strong foundation to support my clinical practice.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
