I see clients for talk therapy and/or ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP). The reality is that feelings of unworthiness, neediness, and an undefinable void are mostly universal. My office is a place where we can work together to replace the judgment that tells you these feelings are a fixed part of you and something to feel shame about with self-love and acceptance. I work with clients through a psychodynamic lens but with a more engaged and real approach. I can help you break specific emotional and behavioral cycles or support ongoing self-evolution. I am particularly skilled at helping to identify maladaptive patterns stemming from early experiences. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree from New York University.
