As a second-generation Liberian immigrant, I understand the struggle of balancing cultural identity, family expectations, and your own dreams. With a Master’s in Social Work from Howard University, I am here to support you in honoring your roots while empowering you to carve out your own path and define who you truly are.

My goal is to make therapy a place for self-discovery and creativity, where we can explore what’s holding you back and find ways to move forward. Together, we’ll create personalized strategies that help you cope and empower you to thrive. What is your typical process for working with clients?

My mission is to help you build lasting confidence, tap into your unique strengths, and create a life that feels authentic and fulfilling. Healing is an ongoing process, and I’m here to support you in moving forward with greater clarity, purpose, and peace. Together, we can turn your challenges into opportunities for growth and self-discovery. Please note that this appointment is tentative. A consultation with our Client Care Coordinator, Olivia, and completion of intake paperwork are required before your intake appointment. Ongoing session: $235 for 50 minutes
