What should a new client know about working with you?

My goal is to make therapy a place for self-discovery and creativity, where we can explore what’s holding you back and find ways to move forward. Together, we’ll create personalized strategies that help you cope and empower you to thrive. I take a holistic approach that connects the mind, body, and soul, because healing isn’t just a goal—it's a journey.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My mission is to help you build lasting confidence, tap into your unique strengths, and create a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.
