Additionally, I have experience with Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) and provide debriefing support when needed. As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a Master of Arts degree, I specialize in helping individuals navigate challenges related to addiction, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, dementia, depression, gender identity, grief and bereavement, PTSD, stress, suicidal ideation and self-harming behaviors, trauma, and spirituality. I also offer SonderMind Video Telehealth sessions for those who prefer or require remote therapy. When we work together, you can expect a supportive and non-judgmental space where we can explore your thoughts and feelings openly. My goal is to help you find the best ways to achieve your personal goals, whether that means overcoming specific challenges or simply finding more peace and fulfillment in your life.
