Do you ever feel overwhelmed, burned out, or like you’re running on fumes? Life’s many demands and challenges can leave us feeling anxious, depressed, and disconnected. It’s easy to get caught in cycles of negative thoughts or behaviors that chip away at our self-worth. But I want you to know—there is light at the end of the tunnel. My goal is to support you in overcoming the barriers that stand in the way of your happiness and well-being. I offer a personalized, compassionate approach to therapy, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to your unique needs and preferences. Additionally, I believe deeply in the mind-body connection and recognize how stress and trauma can manifest physically. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and that with the right support and tools, every person is capable of meaningful, lasting change.
